About The Position•
The Regional Manager(Japan) will be a part of the Global Team to manage and drive the growth of Japan business with Beauty Selection’s brands and influencers
•
The Global Team builds and executes strategic plans to expand Beauty Selection’s global business by leveraging Beauty Selection’s unparalleled capabilities and networks in the commerce scene
Responsibilities•
Develop & execute Go-to-Market strategy for the Japan business across online/offline channels
•
Discover new online/offline sales channels and grow key accounts
•
Conduct market/consumer research and identify trends to expand Beauty Selection’s brands into the Japanese market.
•
Create and post engaging content on the brand’s social media and respond to direct emails.
•
Create online/offline ads and content
•
Assist the process of pioneering influencer partnership, such as listing, contacting, and communicating with influencers in Japan
•
Support overall brand operation in collaboration with HQ
Qualifications•
Japanese nationality, residing in Japan or Korea
•
Marketing experience in the cosmetics industry with a profound understanding of Japan’s cosmetics market
•
Ability to drive results based on a proactive mindset of problem-solving and execution skills
•
Passionate & action-driven mindset to produce better results
Preferences•
Strong understanding for the beauty and cosmetics commerce industry in Japan
•
Experience in collaboration with influencers in Japan
•
Online & Offline channel network (within beauty and cosmetics industry) will be a plus
